Pleasant apartment living. All the amenities, well groomed grounds and facilities, polite, responsive staff. Club house has professional meeting area and biz center. Rents have been rising, with or without upgrades to the apartment, but it's location just might make it the perfect residence. Right across the street from Intel and walking distance to shops. Lots of free street parking, or rent a covered space. Pets are welcome!

I live in a cozy 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment, the kitchen furniture was all new. Everything works well in the house, quiet and safe area, helpful staff... It feels good being there! -1* for lack of sun because of the trees; gym is a little small; clubhouse is closed at night

I've been here for 13 years and love it. There are lots of tress and the common areas are well maintained. There is a little overflow pond out my back and so I see lots of birds. The office staff is very helpful and nice. They have been doing some remodeling which looks wonderful. The pool is a perfect size and the party room very handsome. The exercise room is perfect. It's in a perfect spot for me getting to work and caring for my horse!

We like the apartment. The space is enough for a small family. The house appliances were new and good. The apartment is close to shopping complxes. It is also close to Max station. The staff at the office are friendly. The attend to our maint. requests as soon as possible. The apartment complex have neatly kept lawns. Moreover it is a peaceful place.
