We offer 10, 11, and 12 month lease terms on all of our Orenco Station Apartments. *These are subject to change without notice.
We love pets! Though, we do ask that you limit it to one indoor cat or dog, 50 pounds or less, and at least one year of age. We ask for an additional $400 pet deposit, available for refund. There’s also a monthly $30 pet rent.
We kindly ask that all those applying for the apartment home make a combined total 2.5 times the monthly rent, gross earnings. 
All of them! That’s right, you read that correctly. Our amenities come free of charge. We proudly provide a wide range of amenities as a courtesy to enhance your living experience with us! So with that, enjoy a swim, soak, or steam in our pool, spa, or sauna! Play around on our all-weather sport court or dump that gym membership and take advantage of our fully-equipped, 24-hour fitness center. The opportunities for activities at our Hillsboro, Oregon apartments are endless!
Dawson Creek Apartments’ utility charges are based on whether you live in a one, two, or three bedroom apartment home. One bedroom apartment homes have a monthly charge of $65. ($60 for water/sewer and $5 for garbage). Our two bedroom apartment homes have a monthly charge of $75. ($68 for water/sewer and $7 for garbage.) Our three bedroom Hillsboro apartment homes have a monthly charge of $85. ($75 for water/sewer and $10 for garbage.) We happily cover all recycling charges! These amounts are not included in the stated rent. Residents are responsible for setting up their own Portland General Electric (PGE) account, which is required before taking possession of the apartment, and pay them directly.
Residents are approved with either a $350 deposit or an amount equal to one month’s rent. This is determined after our third party vendor reviews your rental history, credit check, and criminal background check. *Security deposit amounts are subject to change at any time without notice.
As soon as possible! The second you submit your application, proof of income, identification, and pay your application fee(s), your application gets sent to our third party screening company to review. This process rarely takes longer than 24 hours. We’ll call or email you with the outcome as soon as we’re notified so we can keep the apartment rental process moving!
We review applicants and their need for a co-signer on an as-needed basis. Inquire with the leasing office for more details.
Of course! All residents have the option to add or remove roommates during their stay with us. All changes regarding occupants must meet occupancy guidelines and all new roommates 18 years of age or older must apply, pay all necessarily application fees, be approved, and be added to the lease before moving into the community.
For your convenience, we accept online payments! Pay your rent for free with an e-check, use a debit card for a small fee, or use Visa, MasterCard, or American Express for a fee dictated by those companies. Paying online allows you to pay any time, anywhere!
We offer a variety of parking options to satisfy your needs! All of our community is open parking with a select few spots reserved specifically for guest parking. If you’re interested in a reserved space, we offer carports on a month to month basis for $35 and garages on a month to month basis for $150. *Contact us for current pricing and availability!
There are a handful of grocery stores close to our apartments in Hillsboro including Costco, New Seasons Market, and an Albertsons, all within 2 miles! Enjoy great dining, shopping, and fun bars at Orenco Station, just 1 mile away, or a full shopping experience at The Streets of Tanasbourne, just 10 minutes away!
Yes we do! We’re pleased to offer waived application fees to the students and employees of Hillsboro Aero Academy, Intel, and Nike. For verification, we ask for either an offer letter or pay stub from the employer or letter of enrollment from the Academy.
Absolutely! Word of mouth referrals are the best compliments we can receive! For each future resident a non-resident refers to our Hillsboro apartments, we’ll cut them a $200 check. Residents will receive a $200 rent credit for each referral made. The check or rent credit is issued once the referral has moved in. They just have to list your name upon first contact with us, that way you get the credit for the referral! We’ll then contact you for additional information on where to send the check. Plain and simple! The best parts of our program:
  • There’s no limit to the amount you can receive.
  • You don’t have to be a current resident to participate in the program.
  • You can refer a future resident to any of the communities managed by Portland property management company Tandem Property Management, Inc., and earn the referral check! For a complete list of qualifying communities, click on the link.
You can easily get to Commons at Dawson Creek from Portland, Forest Grove Hillsboro, and Beaverton:
  • If you’re coming from Portland, heading west on HWY 26, take exit 61A S for Brookwood Pkwy. Continue onto NE Brookwood Pkwy for 1.2 miles and turn left onto NE Shute Road. Continue for .6 miles and our community is on the right, right across from Intel’s D1X campus! (The right turn will come after you’ve passed NE Dawson Creek Drive.) Our community leasing office is right in front of you after you’ve turned into the community!
  • If you’re coming from Forest Grove, heading east on OR-8, take a left on SE 10th and turn right onto E Main St after .1 miles. Continue on E Main St. for 2.2 miles and you’ll see our beautiful, tree-lined community on the right. (The right turn will come after you’ve passed SE 50th Ave.)
  • If you’re coming from Hillsboro, take E Main St until you’ve passed Brookwood and continue for another .5 miles until and you see our tree-lined community on the right. (The right turn will come after you’ve passed SE 50th Ave.)
  • If you’re coming from Beaverton, heading west on OR-8, take a right on SW 170th. Stay straight on 170th for 1.4 miles then turn left on SW Baseline Road. Continue on Baseline for 3.9 miles and you’ll see our beautiful, tree-lined community on your left where NE 53rd Avenue intersects Baseline. Our community leasing office is right in front of you when you pull into the driveway!
